There's a difference between settlement, closing, recording, and possession. Here's the kicker: you don't get to move in until POSSESSION. 

Would it be bad to let someone move into a home you're selling *before* it closes? What happens during the final walkthrough, and why it could make or break your deal. And what is a closing disclosure, and why can't you close without it.
